3-Up Automatic Neck Stage (Type 833B)

This 3-Up necker reduces the outside diameter of thermoplastic tubing. The tubing is heated to a temperature at which the yield strength of the material is significantly reduced. The dimensional change is then achieved by stretching the material in the axial direction. Common applications include: catheter journaling, heat shrink tubing sizing, polymer tubing delamination, and tubing sheathing (eg, wrapping SS hypotube shafts or wire braids with polymer tubing).
Touch Screen Hot Box (Model 310A)

This is a fully digital balloon development system (Model 310A) with Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen HMI with mass flow controller for heater air. It also has an electronic regulator for extended pressure functions. The system also includes a main safety relay, power management and an Ethernet port for PLC communication.
